Shipping, Delivery and Return Policy

Shipping:
The Mindful Pantry uses quality packaging and reputed logistics partners to deliver your order in a safe and timely manner. We ship orders throughout the week, with exception of Sundays and National Holidays. Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of receipt and are generally delivered to most pin codes in 4-5 working days after dispatch (exceptional circumstances such as, but not limited to, bad weather conditions and natural calamities may lead to delivery delays)

Delivery Charges:
As much as we would love to provide Free Shipping on all orders, the rising cost of logistics does not permit us to do so, at the moment.

Prepaid Orders up to ₹1500	Shipping Fee ₹50 PAN India
Prepaid Orders above ₹1500	Free Shipping PAN India
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges	₹50

 

Replacement and Returns:
The Mindful Pantry products are non-returnable as they are Food products. If your product arrives in a bad condition/packaging is tampered/product is damaged, please share detailed images of the packaging and contents of the box along with your order number within 24 hours of receiving the goods on info@themindfulpantry.in or you can WhatsApp us on +91 9625603610. We will have a replacement product shipped to you at the earliest at no additional cost. Refunds may only be issued for delivery of wrong or expired products. Refunds will be processed through Online Net Banking within 5 working days.

Cancellation:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
